Celebration of Music - Talent Search

Serenity is 10 years old and lives in Worcester, MA. She absolutely LOVES reading and is in the 4th grade at May Street School. You could say “music is in her blood” since from the time she was a baby, she showed that passion for music. She was always bopping her head and dancing to music, and she could be heard singing along to all the songs on the radio when she was just 2 years old. At 15 months old, she danced on stage during a fashion show to a segment of Beyonce’s, “All the Single Ladies”, and it was at this time that her modeling journey began. She was subsequently signed with Dynasty Models and Talent in Boston where she has been booked for various jobs ever since (i.e. Safety First, The 1st Years, Fisher Price, B.J.’s, etc).

At 6 years old, while attending a St. Patrick’s Day parade, she was given a flyer from Miss Massachusetts to compete in the National American Miss pageant and was immediately interested. She subsequently became a contestant, placed across all categories she entered in, and loved it so much she will be competing for her third year this summer. This is where her passion for the stage and entertaining really ignited!

Continuing on her path for anything related to music, Serenity took piano lessons for 3 years and has been performing her own rap/hip hop songs (written with the help of her older cousin, Slam). She has now started voice and hip hop dance lessons, as she wants to strengthen her music skills even more. She is a very busy, outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic girl who loves cheering, modeling, and performing the most. Last year Serenity was chosen as a finalist for Boston’s “Celebration of Music” and is thankful to have been chosen again this year to take part in such an awesome talent contest and share more of her music. She hopes to be “famous” one day and has recently started a YouTube channel (Family First Serenity) where she shares her music and fun kid activities such as slime making, dancing, toy unboxing, etc so check her out and consider subscribing to become part of the “Kool Kids Crew”!
