Kennedy Morris
Kennedy Morris is 16 years old and is a student at Northwestern Connecticut Community College. She loves the performing and visual arts. She sings and performs with various bands, enjoys playing guitar, and has choreographed several shows. She has won numerous vocal competitions, including Northwest Vocal Showcase,Voices For Hope, Your Time To Shine, Star On The Web, CT Got Talent and Northwest Kid Rock Idol. Kennedy has been involved in over 80 theatrical productions. Some of her favorite roles include Spring Awakening (Wendla), The King & I (Anna), Beauty & The Beast (Belle), Into The Woods (Little Red Riding Hood), Wizard of Oz (Dorothy), Batboy (Shelley), Shrek (Donkey) and Disaster (Ben/Lisa). She has been nominated 11 times for Broadway World CT and won for her role in Shrek. She is the winner of an Onstage Critics Award for Outstanding Young Performer for Ragtime. She also won a 2018 Halo Award for her role in Gypsy.
