Chloe Szymanski

Chloe is a sweet and fun loving 12 year old who is passionate about singing. She has been singing all of her life and even would hum herself to sleep before should could even talk. At the age of 9, she began taking formal vocal and piano lessons at Evola Music in Shelby Twp, Michigan. Her vocal teacher recognized her talent and encouraged her to audition for the Michigan Opera Theatre Children's Chorus. Over the next 3 years, she had the privilege of performing on the Detroit Opera House stage with this group, and participated in performances of the Mikado, Hobbit, and H.M.S. Pinafore operas. She even had the opportunity to sing on stage with the chorus and Ethan Bortnick at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center in Dearborn during her first year in the chorus.

Chloe has a love for musical theatre and received her first lead role as "Cowboy Bobbie" in Footloose last summer and has taken acting classes at Peanut Gallery Players at Oakland University. She enjoys both vocal and drama classes at Malow Junior High and had the honor of being selected to participate in the Michigan School Vocal Music Association 6-7-8-9 Honors Choir this year.

When Chloe isn't singing, she loves making arts and crafts, playing the piano and hanging out with family, friends, and her cat "Elfie".

Chloe is honored to be selected as a contestant in the Celebration of Music Talent Music Search and is excited for the opportunity to sing with Ethan again.
