Caroline Bean
Caroline is fourteen years old, and is in eighth grade. Caroline is an A honor roll student. She has been dancing at the Elizabeth Williams School of Dance since the age of three; she currently studies ballet, pointe, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, tap and tumbling. Caroline is a member of the Senior Travel Company at Elizabeth Williams Schools of Dance, and is a member of the Tremaine Dance Company.
Caroline has received several awards this year at regional and national dance competitions.In July 2016 Caroline attended the American Ballet Theatre three week summer intensive in Tuscaloosa AL. Caroline has traveled to LA to attend the Holly Summer Tour and also the Tremaine summer intensive. Caroline has also taken classes at the Broadway Dance Center in New York.
Caroline performs in the Great Smoky Mountain Dance Theatre’s performance of the Nutcracker. This will be her ninth year and she will perform as Sugar Plum Fairy. She has previously performed as a mouse, tumbling clown, rabbit, party girl, poodle, candy cane soloist and Clara.Caroline has performed with the Great Russian Nutcracker and will this year.
