IMPORTANT NOTES:

If you are referred through a Recruiter, Agent or Casting Scout or a Social Media Influencer (who told you about the show), please enter the persons name.
Contestants may only apply for ONE (1) show at a time. Please only select the city most local to you!
Submissions will close once we have enough contestants for a particular city. The earlier you submit, the better chances of acceptance to the Live Event.
Parent or Legal Guardian's details must have the following information. (Name, Relation, Date of Birth, Phone # and Email).
