Celebration of Music - Talent Search

Alexandria Fernandez, was born on September 19th, 2006 in Clearwater, Florida and now lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Her family moved to Pennsylvania when she was just under 3 yrs old. She is now 13 yrs old and lives with her mom, dad and 2 dogs, Gizmo and Stella. She is in 7th grade and loves social studies and phys. ed. Her preschool teacher noticed she had a gift of natural Vibrato at the age of just 4 yrs old. She has been taking private voice lessons for almost 7 yrs and is said to have perfect pitch. Alexandria can also dance many different styles of dance, including tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theater and modern. Her favorite thing to do is sing and dance on stage in front of an audience. That’s where she comes alive. In second grade she was her elementary schools winner of their version of American Idol, called L-S Idol and has sung The National Anthem for her hometown baseball team. She has been in commercials and also has appeared in a couple of television programs.

Alexandria also has been in many local shows in her hometown, to include Ephrata Performing Arts Center, Prima Theater, Fulton Theater, Cavod Theater, and Popovsky Theater. She hopes to one day be a professional singer.
