Magide Joseph (orefers to go by MJ) is a young aspiring woman with big plans. She prefers singing in the genre of R&B and Pop, but also is known for having a jazzy and unique vocal range. Her more modern day influences include Demi Lovato, and Fantasia. Magide was born and raised in Bradenton, FL, the smaller sister city to Sarasota. Proudly claiming herself to be a small town girl. But as she likes to say, "While they may seem small, the ripples of small things can be quite extraordinary."

Appearing on Celebration of Music will be the first time this singer has seen the public spot light. Although having auditioned for AGT and AMTC in the passed, this will be her first televised appearance for the singer-songwriter. Magide has sung in her church at First Biblical Baptist church of Palmetto's Youth Choir for many years, getting her fair share of solos. With this experience, she has found her place in this world through music.

Magide has recently been found working in the studio, collaborating with a fellow young artist to produce her music. She is currently working on her music, taking her time as writes her own lyrics. She loves the entire music making process. From writing to recording, she's has finds herself in every song.
