Brylan Finley

Brylan's first performances were at the age of two. She would stand on the far side of the driveway of our Tennessee home and say, "Okay, Instaduce me!" After being introduced, she would make her way to our front porch, and there she would sing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game".

Brylan Finley , a sixteen year old junior in high school, has been developing and sharing her talent since she was a small child. She began in choir as a kindergartener. Advancing into honor choir in fourth through eighth grade, Brylan enjoyed the opportunity to play a variety of lead and supporting characters in lively musicals such as: Seussical, Cinderella, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat to name a few. She was cast in her first musical with Modesto Performing Arts, Music Man, in 2015. During her freshman year, Brylan auditioned and was cast as Molly Bloom in Gallo Center for the Arts' touring musical, Molly Bloom Lately. The four person cast performed seventy-two anti-bullying shows at schools around the Central Valley.

Attacking her high school years with vigor, Brylan has not only maintained a 4.0 GPA, but she also enjoys being a member of the school leadership program, cheerleading squad, choir, and drama classes. In addition to being chosen as the soprano section leader for her choir, she was selected to participate in California Regional Honor Choir and All-State Honor Choir. She assisted with conducting and directing the junior high's musical and concert, conducted and directed the high school choir for senior graduation, and most recently registered and launched a high school a capella club with her best friends.

Always seeking to be active in the community, Brylan has volunteered at her local library by working in the children's programs. Excited to undertake new challenges, Brylan has played other lead, supporting, and choral roles with her high school, Modesto Performing Arts, Gallo Center for the Arts, and Townsend Opera in performances such as: Drop Dead, Juliet, Bye Bye Birdie, Our Town, Oliver!, A Christmas Carol, and Madame Butterfly.

Her goals after graduating high school include attending a conservatory of music to obtain her Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate in music. Brylan's life will continue to be filled with and inspired by music. Her plans to share, teach, and enrich the lives of others with music will persist throughout her life.
